The RPS Mortgage Bankers and Brokers product is designed to serve independent mortgage bankers and brokers who focus on family residential lending. This product provides tailored coverage for Professional Liability as well as the investor- and warehouse lender-required Mortgagee's Errors & Omissions (E&O) and Fidelity Bond.

Professional Liability protects the company from lawsuits alleging negligence in the rendering of Professional Services to a third party, while Mortgagee's E&O covers failure to obtain or maintain certain insurance on collateral property. The Mortgage Bankers Fidelity Bond offers coverage for losses stemming from employee dishonesty, theft of warehouse lender's Money and Collateral coverage, theft of secondary market institution's Money or Collateral coverage, and direct loss payee coverage for warehouse lenders and secondary market institutions.
